so many questions…

1st - i had a c-section 18 months ago and my stomach looks like pure hell!!!  any1 got any tips on how i can rid of my ugly gut?

2nd - i am currentyly taking tonalin cla w/ l-carnitine.  is there any1 else outhere takin this and if so r they gettin any results?

3rd - i am interested in usin stry-vectin 2 rid myself of these awful stretchmarks.  i heard that it works quite well but that it is quite expensive.  is there any1 outhere usin this product and would they recommend it?  i would be willing to spend the $ if i know it’s gonna work. 

4th - i wanna build my bootie.  get it tight and even bigger.  any1 got any tips on that?

Master Cleanse…Has Anyone Tried It?!?!?!

i am gonna b beginnin “the master cleanse tomorrow” and i wanted to know if any of u have had success with it.  i actually did the sea saltwater flush this evenin and it really does work.  all these laxatives out there and who would have thunk that all u had 2 do was drink warm water and sea salt?  i have 2 admit that i didn’t think it would work so efficiently and quickly but it does so if any of u r thinkin about drinkin the flush please do it when u r @ home and have nothin or “no-1…lol” 2 do!

i know i am supposed 2 lose weight by doin this but i also know that it is not gonna be from fat.  it will b water weight and impacted fecal matter.  every pun intended i know i am full of “ish”.  it has been years since i have moved my bowels regularly and i am hopin this will b my saving grace.

if any1 has tried this cleanse have they still been able 2 work out because that is sometin i really don’t wanna hafta give up even 4 only 10 days?  i have come a long way since i began my diet and exercise routine 3 weeks ago and i know if i stop now its gonna b that much harder 2 get my but in gear again!!!

Irritable Bowel Syndrome Issues…Desperate 4 Help!!!

i don’t know how 2 say this without soundin crazy but i need some advice on how i can move my bowels more.  a few years ago i was diagnosed with i.b.s. (irritable bowel syndrome) and it was terrible then.  it has gotten a lot better but i still have ocassional issues.  i have been eatin good so i was thinkin that the change in diet (eatin more fiber) and drinkin more water would help but it hasn’t.  there are days that i do not go and i do believe this is hamperin my weight loss goals.  if anyone has any advice please let me know.  thanx!!!
